Sometimes simple is best. Ordered this stretching strap to help with yoga practice. Blown away by the functionality. Yes a simple stretch strap with many loops can change your life! The length is more than adequate for me at 5 ft 5. The material is sturdy and it's unlikely to tear anytime soon. I ordered it in my favorite color which is black. The number of loops attached gives you a variety of options for stretching which is helpful if you are trying to improve your range of motion. Perhaps you would like to learn how to do a split, in which case practicing with these stretch straps from Azurelife would help. You can't go wrong with a basic black color either. There is no padding which I wouldn't expect anyway. For the price point and capability, I would recommend this product very easily. And the best part is that it comes with a free gift, a helpful instruction sheet that acts as a visual guide with pictures to show you the different types of stretches you can do with the band such as variations of the hamstring & calf, hips, quadriceps and calf stretches.
